Refund Policy

We provide a 60-day flexible return window for all skincare and body care items purchased from our store. If you are not fully satisfied with your received products for any reason, you are eligible to submit a return application within 60 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

All returned goods must be kept intact with original packaging, unaltered packaging seals and unused product contents to pass our inspection. Items that are heavily used, damaged, missing packaging or contaminated will not be approved for refunds.

After our warehouse receives and completes full inspection of your returned package, we will initiate your refund procedure immediately. The full refund will be finished and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. All refund settlements are processed uniformly in USD as our standard currency, regardless of your local payment currency at checkout.

Refund amounts cover only the value of the purchased products. Original shipping fees are non-refundable under normal return circumstances. We do not accept return requests submitted beyond the 60-day valid return period, and late applications will be automatically rejected.

If you receive defective, broken or incorrectly shipped items, you still follow the same 60-day return rule. Our inspection team will confirm the product condition first before releasing your USD refund within the standard 5–10 business processing timeframe.
